Friday

Silly me: I never posted my goals for the week and reviewed my Week #4

Last week - I completed what was in green and in red, I added or changed (black was NOT done):

Wednesday: Yoga X - run 3-5 (3.5) miles
Thursday: Core Synergistics - run 3-5 (3.58) miles
Friday: Kenpo X
Saturday: X Stretch - run 7+ (7.5) miles
Sunday: Core Synergistics
Monday: Yoga X - run 5 (3.1) miles
Tuesday: Rest or X Stretch - run 4 miles

This week began P90X Doubles and I quickly realized that I could not do doubles (which basically means an extra Cardio) and run and the regular strength training. So, after one day of Doubles - I decided to skip the extra Cardio DVD and just concentrate on the running - which means I am now doing P90X Classic (with hubs). Also, I will post my goals until next Friday, March 12th:

Wednesday: Cardio X (am) -Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, Ab Ripper X (pm)
Thursday: Plyometrics, Ab Ripper X
Friday: Back, Biceps, Ab Ripper X
Saturday: Yoga X- run 8 miles
Sunday: Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X
Monday: Kenpo X - run 4 miles
Tuesday: Rest or X Stretch
Wednesday: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, Ab Ripper X - run 5 miles
Thursday: Plyometrics - run 3 miles
Friday: Back, Biceps, Ab Ripper X

Also, I want to thank everyone for their lovely comments about my Doctor's visit. I have been rolling and using the stick. Hopefully, I will nip this ITB issue in the bum before it gets bad.

Happy Long Runs and for those of you who are racing, I pray for your safety and strength to finish the race you have planned.

You are a rock star! I still can't believe you can run and P90x. That killed me when I was trying to do both. Great job!

Thanks for the prayers. My race starts at 8a.m. I might still be running at 2! I need loads of prayers!
