As for yesterday, I did not run my planned 3-5 miles for a couple of reasons:
- It was SOOOOO WiNdY. I mean we had gusts up to 14mph. Isn't too bad you say, but remember, I would have been pushing baby in the jogger (can we say, poor baby?)
- An since I had Baby A, I had to run in the neighborhood (you know, main roads dangerous) - did you see my post yesterday about my hiLLS?
When hubby got home, we did do Core Synergistics and for those of you who are doing P90X - this one stinks too. It was hard... and my sides hurt today from those "Banana and Boat Rolls". Tonight is Kenpo X and I will still get my long run in on Saturday - wind or no wind.

Also, the faithful UPS man delivered my new camera last night. The battery charged all night and so I will get to test it today at my parent's place. It should be ready and tested for the long run tomorrow.
