Race: Ironman Lake Placid - July 28th (day before my 36th birthday)
And to make my life a little crazier, I decided to train for an Ironman while working full time (well, until March 15th any way!) as a 4th grade teacher.
Swim (Day 2a):
8x50 drill (dropped 200 here due to time - had to be home by 7am)
200 cool down
Run (Day 2b):
30 min Z2 - 5k at a 9:27 pace and added a little run back to the car to complete the 30 minutes.
Tomorrow (Day 3) is Bike: 30 Z2 and Run: 15 Z2
