Putting it all out there...

Last night, we (Lyle and I) had our 8th workout with Benny. It felt great. And like always, she continued to change it up so we were not bored. I wish I could post a video of how much she gets us to do in an hour.

I wanted to post some pictures of what I look like now - with a bathing suit on (thanks to my 6 year old daughter, Kiera, for taking the pic). I know... it is daring, but it will also hold me accountable. So, all those who are brave, look below. I did not take a picture of me wearing a bathing suit back in April - I wish I had; but I hope that in June, I look even better than this:

As you can see from this picture, I still have a long way to go. It is actually scary to think what I would look like wearing these clothes when I was 197.5 lbs. This morning, I weighed in at 154.2 lbs. My goal weight is 135. This would put me in the BMI category of "Normal Weight". This picture is actually motivating for me because I can start to see my ab definition. Benny is really working on my triceps, abs and butt. After last night's workout, I can barely sit down.

Another goal is to get rid of my knee fat... and believe me, it was really bad, back in April.

Okay, I have picked at my image long enough (I could have written 12 more things that I do not like about my body). What I hope to include in the future is actually moves from our workouts.

We finish with Benny on February 2nd. I hope to post another picture then. I would love to hear from you... with your advice, goals, or even questions.

I can totally see ab definition! I'd be motivated with that too. Congratulations on your success! As you know I write encouragement for triathletes on my blog. Would you consider sharing your weight-loss transformation story?
I can send you some questions if you're interested.
Enjoy,
Sara
