"The waiting is the hardest part..."

Sometimes I feel like I am alive. I feel like I am LIVING. Like during an awesome run... cool temps, perfect pace, breathing hard but controlled... legs feeling strong, posture effortless, miles flying by... not wanting it to end.

Like playing with Kiera and Brock, snuggling, LOVING! No fighting, no whining, just happiness and lots and lots of laughter.

More often, I find myself, WAITING. Waiting for the sun. Waiting for the right time. Waiting for the right person. Waiting for the water to boil, the rain to stop. Waiting for the bus to arrive. Waiting for the alarm to go off. Waiting for the my shoes to dry, the dryer to stop. Waiting for that phone call, text... the important one. Waiting for the satellite. Waiting for the next day, the next workout, the next race. Waiting for the next challenge.

Are you?

We NEED to stop waiting. We need to go. Get up, let nothing stand in our way (okay, gently move your children aside) and GO! Stop waiting and SEIZE the opportunity.

I have stopped waiting and made a decision. I HAVE registered... for a big one. I am excited, nervous... READY, no more waiting... and more importantly ready to LIVE (or die trying!)
What are you waiting for?

Good for you. So many people wait their life away, wondering, waiting, complaining. It is your life. Enjoy

Congrats! It takes guts to jump head first into what you really want.

I'm waiting on the end of the school term and the beginning of the next chapter of my family's lives.
