Total miles for February 188 (down from 208 last month). Break down in miles:
Run: 116 (down from 142 in January)
Bike: 68 (up from 64 in January)
Swim: 3 (up form 2 in January)
Walk: 2 (up from 0 in January)
I am happy with the breakdown. I really over did it in January. I am comfortable with the mileage (yeah, you don't sound convinced, huh?) but need to get it more focused on the swimming and cycling and work on interval training. I want to go into the sprint Tri feeling confident and strong.
Treadmill news: I survived 7.5 miles on Milles this morning. It is true that I stopped running after 4, did P90X: Ab Ripper X and then got back on for 3.5 miles; but it counts, right? Longest time I ever spent with Milles. I was able to sip water without falling but I still got bored. The last 3.5 I did intervals which did make it go by quicker. So.... it is looking like Milles is making a claim in my training program.
