Oh what a beautiful Morning...

Oh, what a beautiful day, I've got a wonderful feeling, Everything's going my way.

Just got back from consecutive Day 2 of running. It is amazing how much better I feel when I am running. I was not even dreading pushing the jogger and the baby. I did about 4 today. I did not bring Lola... I just know my neighborhood that well.

Last night after dinner, the kids and I took a wonderful walk and took pictures of the flowers. It was nice. Dolce was pooped when we got home and slept like a baby at the foot of my bed, until hubby removed her.

I was looking at pictures from the Boston Marathon and saw a runner wearing a shirt that read: ChristianRunners.org. Is anyone a member of this group? They do not have one in my area, but I have inquired about it. Looks pretty cool.

Tonight is the 2nd weigh-in for the Gazette Healthy Challenge contestants (remember thisis the challenge that helped me lose 41 lbs last year and now I am over 50lbs REDUCED!). I am just as excited and nervous as they are.

Hope you are have a wonderful day and that EVERYTHING is going your way (or better yet God's way).

Oh, and I think I will have to cut my hair again. It is not long enough to put in a pony tail... and the Bondi Bands are make me sweat too much. I think my head is too big for hats... My daughter will cry if I do it again. She wanted to know why I cut it like a boy last July - really I was just cutting out the blonde. Here is how short it was last summer (click pic to view it larger):

What do you think? Keep growing it out... or cut it short again.

Grow it out! Love it!

I say let it grow. I used to have short hair, and it was much more difficult to work with (running wise) than longer hair. If you can have the patience to let it get to the ponytail stage, it'll be easy, breezy after that!

I'm all about comfort, so I'd go short!

The hair thing is really a personal decision. All I can say is that every time I decide to grow mine, I end up cutting it shorter again. For me shorter is better.

Hi Jen,
Oh, I love your hair now!! It is such a cute length:) I do agree with Lisa...it is a personal choice:)

Nice job on the run! I always feel better after I run too:)

you have such a pretty face, you can carry that short hair and still look like a woman. That said, I really do prefer a pony tail on myself for ease of planning/convenience.
Gosh, I'm no help at all.

I run with Christian Runners a few times a year. They run all over the city and sometimes it is not convenient for me. Great group, great fellowship! Perhaps you could start a chapter in your town?
